ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company acquired the Aditya Shagun Infinity IT Park in Baner, Pune — developed jointly by K Raheja Corp and Shagun Developers — for approximately ₹520 crore, through its ICICI Prudential Office Yield Optimiser Fund. The 3.8 lakh sq ft Grade-A asset is fully leased to blue-chip tenants including Jaguar Land Rover, Accenture, and Eaton.

Mindspace Business Parks REIT Reports Q3 FY26 NOI Growth of 28.7% YoY; Committed Occupancy Rises to 94.5%

K Raheja Corp-backed Mindspace Business Parks REIT reported a 28.7% year-on-year rise in Net Operating Income (NOI) to approximately ₹671 crore for Q3 FY26 (quarter ended December 31, 2025), with committed occupancy climbing to 94.5% and gross leasing of approximately 1.1 million sq ft. The REIT also made an offer to acquire a 1.8 million sq ft IT park at Commerzone Raidurg, Hyderabad.
