K Raheja SOBO Residences: Redevelopment of India's First Mall Site

K Raheja SOBO Residences is a newly launched residential development by K Raheja Corp Homes in Tardeo, one of South Mumbai's most established and sought-after neighborhoods. Pricing starts from approximately ₹48,500 per square foot, translating to total unit costs between ₹5.89 crore and ₹7.88 crore. The project is scheduled for possession in July 2033.
