Chalet Hotels Limited has approved the private placement of 3,000 Commercial Papers (CPs) totaling ₹150 crore. The allotment took place on May 4, 2026.

Credit Quality and Maturity

These unsecured debt instruments, rated CRISIL A1+, mature on July 31, 2026. These debt instruments carry a coupon rate of 6.75%. The net proceeds from this issuance are estimated to be approximately ₹147.60 crore.

Listing and Distribution

These Commercial Papers will be listed on the BSE Wholesale Debt Market (WDM) segment. The wholesale debt market provides a platform for institutional and accredited investors to trade these short-term debt instruments.
