Chalet Hotels Limited has appointed Manoj Agarwal as its Chief Growth and Product Officer, effective July 20, 2026. Agarwal brings 23 years of experience in hospitality, real estate, and infrastructure, and previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Brigade Hotel Ventures.

Leadership for Expansion Phase

The appointment supports Chalet Hotels' aggressive multi-year project expansion, including pipeline projects in Hyderabad, Navi Mumbai, and the Delhi International Airport. Agarwal's extensive background in hotel asset management and construction delivery directly aligns with Chalet's current execution demands.

Portfolio Growth

Consolidated revenue for FY26 crossed ₹2,070 crore, registering an 18% year-on-year growth, while consolidated EBITDA stood at ₹960 crore, a 21% growth year-on-year, with margins at 46.2%. Chalet's operating portfolio expanded to crossing 5,000 keys including active pipeline developments in FY26.
