K Raheja Group has appointed Vijayta Nikhil Raheja as its chief executive officer with immediate effect. The appointment marks a significant institutional transition as the group continues to expand its business operations across residential, commercial, hospitality and retail sectors.

Background and Career Trajectory

Raheja has been associated with the group for 16 years and was appointed chief operating officer in 2020 after serving for nearly a decade as strategic advisor to the group's hospitality business. Before joining the group in an executive role, she worked independently on business strategy, marketing, retail activations and media engagements.

As COO, she oversaw corporate governance, organisational processes and strategic initiatives across the group.

Scope of the New Role

In her new role, she will continue to report to managing director Nikhil K. Raheja and will oversee the group's strategy, business operations, governance, commercial and compliance functions, and organisational transformation.
