Commercial · Price on Request
K Raheja CG House Worli Redevelopment is an upcoming transformation of the CG House property on Dr Annie Besant Road. The project brings a K Raheja Corp Group company into a significant Worli redevelopment. Its defining address is an established site within one of Mumbai’s central coastal districts.
Worli’s character is shaped by its seafront setting, city-centre connections and mix of established neighbourhoods and commercial destinations. From this address, the western road network links towards the Bandra–Worli Sea Link and the Mumbai Coastal Road. Metro Line 3 adds a rapid-transit connection through the city.
The development agreement covers the joint development of CG Power’s leasehold property, with development rights granted to Skybound Realty Private Limited. A 2025 environmental-clearance agenda describes an application for a proposed commercial building on part of the site. The redevelopment’s confirmed context is therefore rooted in the existing CG House property and its urban setting.
The site extends across 4,262.34 sq m, approximately 1.05 acres, at an address that sits within a well-connected part of Worli. Recent milestones include the development agreement signed in July 2024 and subsequent planning and statutory-approval activity. K Raheja Corp’s established Mumbai presence provides the wider group context for this upcoming project.
Discover a redevelopment set within the enduring fabric of Worli. The CG House address offers a close connection to the roads, transit and destinations that shape central Mumbai.
